FULL ARCH All-on-X Full Arch Implants
Full-arch implant rehabilitation using All-on-4 or All-on-6 protocols. IV sedation is standard for most full-arch procedures. Assessment covers bone volume, aesthetic goals, and prosthetic planning.

Innova Dental offers a full range of periodontal surgical procedures, from recession treatment and soft tissue grafting to guided tissue regeneration for patients with periodontal tissue loss.
SOFT TISSUE SURGERYGingival Recession Treatment
When gums recede, root surfaces become exposed — causing sensitivity, aesthetic concerns, and long-term risk to the affected teeth. Connective tissue grafting (CTG) and free gingival grafting (FGG) restore gum coverage and prevent further recession, with the technique selected based on the clinical situation.

For patients with periodontal disease, GTR is a surgical procedure that encourages the body to regenerate lost gum and bone attachment around affected teeth. It can preserve teeth that might otherwise need to be removed, and is sometimes used alongside bone grafting to prepare sites for implant placement.

The health of the gum tissue surrounding an implant affects both its long-term stability and its appearance. Where gum volume is insufficient around an implant, soft tissue grafting can be carried out — before implant placement or at the time of restoration — to support a healthy, stable outcome.

IV Sedation
at Innova Dental
Dr. Cavus holds RCDSO certification to administer moderate conscious IV sedation — an authorisation held by a limited number of general dentists in Ontario. IV sedation is available across surgical and general dental procedures where it is clinically appropriate.
Patients who have avoided dental care due to anxiety, require complex or lengthy treatment, or simply want to complete multiple procedures in a single comfortable appointment can discuss sedation options at their first visit or consultation.
RCDSO CertifiedDr. Cavus holds specific RCDSO certification for moderate conscious IV sedation — not available at every general dental practice.
Available Across ProceduresIV sedation is available for surgical and general dental procedures — wisdom teeth, implants, bone grafting, and routine treatment.
Conscious SedationIV sedation produces a deeply relaxed, amnesic state. You remain conscious with protective reflexes maintained — it is not general anaesthesia.
